A consultation fee is applied for extended strategic planning or detailed operational review sessions. Step 5: Implementation & Ongoing Support We begin the process of supporting your organization through individualized guidance, audits, walkthroughs, compliance strategies, operational support, and clinical integrity services designed to strengthen long-term success and audit readiness. Step 6: Findings Review & Follow-Up Meeting After assessments, audits, walkthroughs, or reviews are completed, we will schedule a follow-up meeting to discuss findings, strengths, identified gaps, recommendations, and actionable next steps to support ongoing compliance, clinical integrity, and operational improvement.
